- It's important to inform me of any changes in your health status, any known or new pregnancies, or recent surgeries before the start of a class.
- I cannot be held responsible for any failure to account for health issues in my teaching if I have not been informed.
- Rest assured that your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared.

- Bookings for classes, workshops, and events are non-transferable to another person.
- Classes cannot be interchanged with workshops, and vice versa.
- All bookings are considered secure upon payment at the time of booking.

Online Classes:
By participating in pre-recorded yoga classes provided by Jo Lovell Yoga, you agree to assume full responsibility for any inherent risks, injuries, or damages that may occur. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in these classes. Cancellation Policy:
- A 100% refund is available if you provide 5 days' notice of your inability to attend a full term class, workshop, or event booking.
- If less notice is given, it becomes challenging to allocate the space to another student, and you may be responsible for the cost.
- Non-refundable deposits may be required for specific instances, such as retreats, and this will be clearly stated on the reservation form.
- After the start date of a new term, workshops, or events, no refunds will be provided.
Class Considerations:
- Please refrain from using mobile phones, cameras, or recording equipment during classes or workshops.
- Only use your own equipment.
- I reserve the right to deny entry to a class or workshop if, for any reason, I believe a student is unsuitable or unable to practice yoga as taught at that time, whether due to age, ability, or health.
- Disruptive behavior that affects the enjoyment of other students may result in refusal of entry to the class.
- There are no secure lockers at the venues where classes are held, so please take care of your valuables during class.
