Ayurveda, a sister science of Yoga, is an ancient system rooted in the Vedic tradition that emphasizes observation of both humans and nature to guide health and well-being. Unlike today's one-size-fits-all health advice, Ayurveda offers a personalised approach based on an individual's unique constitution (Prakriti). This tradition recognises our differences and provides tailored guidance, treatments, and support to ensure that health is addressed in a way that aligns with each person’s specific needs and characteristics.
As a certified Ayurveda Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner registered with the Ayurveda Practitioners Association (APA), my journey into Ayurveda began with a long-standing passion for nutrition. My interest in natural health practices deepened during a sabbatical in India in 2006, where I discovered Ayurveda’s powerful connection to yoga and transformative potential.
