Hello!
I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga Level 3 teacher with 25 years of experience, committed to the tradition of Iyengar Yoga. I am also a qualified Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner.
My teaching style is progressive, focusing on helping students develop their skills and reach their full yoga potential. As a mentor for trainee teachers, I share the knowledge gained from years of dedicated practice, guiding the next generation of Iyengar Yoga instructors. Through my work as a therapeutic yoga teacher, I have gained a deeper understanding of the asanas and their practical benefits, allowing me to offer more effective, targeted support for students’ needs.
I love sharing the wisdom of Ayurveda through my yoga teaching, especially during retreats. Rooted in ancient tradition, Ayurveda offers a deeply personalised approach by recognising each person’s unique constitution and suggesting ways to support balance through diet and lifestyle. This can mean nurturing digestion, boosting vitality, creating steady daily rhythms, and aligning with the natural cycles of the seasons—all with the aim of supporting long-term health.
