You can start a class at any time and just pay for the remaining weeks in the course. To enrol on a course, please complete and return the booking and registration form along with payment seven days in advance of the start date of the course.
Pre-booking gives continuity of teaching, motivation to come to class and regular ‘me time’ in your week. It importantly secures your place in the class. The Iyengar method is progressive and structured so you will find you build on what you learn week after week and no two classes are the same.
Classes may not be rolled over to the next payment period. However, if you miss a class you may attend another class, subject to space, at the same level during the period.
Book a free Taster Session at one of the classes and see if Iyengar Yoga is for you.

“I’ve found Yoga to be an ideal way to maintain flexibility, but as with any voluntary exercise the class needs to be pleasurable as well as hard work! Jo’s sensibly focussed approach keeps the balance between formality and friendly coaching to get the best of everyone no matter their abilities or age.”
“I come to Iyengar Yoga because it keeps my back in good order and saves me a fortune on physio bills, it keeps my legs strong for hill walking and running, makes me feel trim and best of all I enjoy it!” Jill
